Working holiday on a farm in Tasmania, he was unexpectedly blessed with a sense of peace and clarity in the midst of a pandemic. Old Number 7' became a symbol of youthful extravagance, worry and freedom. Even when I was far away from home and the future was uncertain, the music, the labour and the encounters became a musical story that allowed me to remember myself as an intoxicated and happy person.
